Privacy Policy

Organiser Papers is committed to protecting your personal information when you are using our services. Our online shopping portal uses online processes which are encrypted and take place through a secure server.  All information is stored on a secure server.

As with all shopping websites, we need to collect personal information from you to process your order, inform you of any delays or problems and occasionally to send you special offers and promotions.  The information we collect is your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number (we will only call if we have a delivery problem) and credit card details (we only ask for these when you place an order.  We do not store your credit or debit card details.  The information is only used to make and authorise payment).

Credit & Debit Card Payments

Credit cards are checked and verified by Paypal who accept all major credit and debit cards and use the latest secure server technology to ensure this information is protected to the highest standards.

  • With agents (including credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies, fraud prevention and detection agencies) that we use to process the orders you place with us or other agents who we use to assist us in the service we provide to you.  In this instance, we provide them with only the information needed to perform their function.
  • If you send or post offensive, objectionable or inappropriate content anywhere on the website, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the website, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
  • In the unlikely event that our business is ever sold to or purchased by another company as our records are part of our business.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary to fulfil your order and any subsequent queries or for as long as you remain a registered user of our site.

Under the Date Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.  We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with two pieces of photographic identification.  We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.  Please contact us at
